I just wanted to spot light my Best Friend and spend some time with him on my blog! Peter and I have just started working for Icon Security to earn earn some money to supply us for next semester. With Peter as a technician and me working as the branch manager, we've each been putting in about 60 hours a week. Needless to say our quality time together has slipped out from under us. It has been challenging especially, as somewhat newly weds, to figure out how to keep our relationship strong with out seeing each other often, and when we do, not having energy to even carry on a meaningful conversation that doesn't involve work.
I just want to take a second however and express my love and admiration for my sweet husband. I have never seen such a hard and determined worker. He is out all day on jobs, and when he's not earning money for himself he is helping someone else with their jobs, sometimes meaning he's not home until 1 or 2 am. He is a very patient and understanding person though and does his best to provide for my needs even when he is drained from a long day and night. He reminds me of a superhero!
This experience is very bitter sweet to me! I am excited, however, for the growing that we are doing and for the everyday opportunities we have to strive for strength! I love my sweet husband though and am more and more grateful for the sweet and precious time we DO get to have together when it comes.

Way to go Katelyn. When life seems hard I am happy to see that you are being positive and encouraging. That is a good lesson for me to learn, because I mostly get negative and witchy when times are tough. Thanks for being a good example to your mom! hey! Yeah Ryan does pest control for a company called homeshield. How is your husband doing? I think anyone that sells is amazing cause its such a hard job! Its fun to live in a new place though. I dont think I made it too. ;( I checked just 2 hours ago and the server was really slow and nothing was under my last name. I signed up in a group and checked under their names and I didnt see anything. SAD! Are you going to sign up for another race? Will you be back in the burg for the fall? I think there is the half mesa falls around augs or sept. I might do that one.
